A member here has family in Seattle and he has been letting me know about the weather there. People always think that since Washington is so far north we always get a ton of snow. This isn~t helping when I try to explain what it~s like there. But 12 inches? That~s pretty crazy. Was Church cancelled again? The typing on the iPhone must be coming along, that was pretty long and errorless.

I keep telling people I should have a niece any day now. I~m waiting anxiously for news.

So we should be moving into our new apartment this week. But bigger news about this week. A member of the Quorom of the twelve is coming to my mission tomorrow. Elder Neil L Anderson, and there are rumors that Elder Ballard is traveling with him. The whole mission is getting together to listen to them. I~m excited to hear what they have to say to us, and also to finally be able to see my buddy Jed, the one that was at BYU and now is in the same mission. 

It~s crazy that everyone I know is going to the MTC now. All my cousins and friends from home, all my friends from BYU are already in the field. 

Alexandre was confirmed this week. It went really well, a member performed it. Also this week was great we have found tons of new investigators that are solid. All of them came from member references and we are working with the members. The Stake here in Santos is trying to really get into missionary work, it~s great. We have already seen vast improvements. The work really goes the best when members are helping. We are teaching a family now, the mother is a member but she has been inactive for years, but the husband is really excited about the gospel, the only problem is they aren~t technically married. So this will be my first adventure with marriage. Apparently it~s a really common issue here. And they have two daughters one is 12 and the other is almost 1. They are a great family. The other family we met is a little different. We taught an Aunt and a Nephew. No one else was in the house when we got there. But they are a reference from a recent convert family that is really excited to share the gospel. They liked the message of the Restoration a lot and liked church on sunday. We are going to stop by there tonight hopefully to give the Plan of Salvation. I think that~s my favorite lesson to teach. It is the one that people usually like the most too.

So this week I have started to play around on the piano with a hymns made easy book because we were waiting for an investigator for 45 minutes, and now whenever I have a spare second I practicing there. I~m thinking about buying a basic piano book or something. I would really like to learn how to play. I also don~t know how much a little keyboard costs. But I~ll look into it today. One thing though, it would be really cool if I had an English Hymnal. I guess I~ll just let you know my other requests, just remember I don~t NEED these things now. Just ideas of things to send when you send a package if you would like. My Liverpool jersey (make sure only to say it~s a shirt on the package) maybe some other jerseys too. A map of the USA. Not huge but something to put on the wall. That was all. Oh, and I might have to request the basic piano book from you, because they use a different system for notes here. I don~t know if it would be best to learn how to play the way the play here. I don~t know yet, I haven~t done any research.

So I wanted to attach some photos but I can~t get it to work. These computers aren~t the best. So you~ll have to wait till the CD~s arrive. Sorry.
